Hydrocolloid dressing is a kind of elastic dressing made of medical hot-melt adhesive with CMC (Carboxymethylcellulose) hydrophilic granules,with dressing adhesive border for easy to peel off

D,Keeps a moist environment ,  Hydrocolloid provides an ideal moist wound environment that promotes healing through autolytic debridement of slough and necrotic tissue, whilst promoting granulation and facilitates the migration of epithelial cells
