Product Description

1. Quality performance and field of application for products

Steel for  automobile gear, is required to have not only high purity, but also narrow penetration zone, higher fine grain level(austenite grain size not coarser than level 6), good technical property(to meet the property for forging and cutting) to sure the contact fatigue, bending fatigue, impact toughness, and the steadiness of deformation due to heat treatment; the produced gear steel, mainly used for manufacturing bridge gear, cone gear, gear of reducer of gear-box for medium and heavy type truck, bridge gear includes driving and driven gear, gear of gear box is composed of rack gear and cone gear, the market share is over 60% for medium and heavy type automobile gear steel.
