Early Suppression Fast Response Sprinkler

 

1.ESFR Sprinkler Introduction:

 

Early suppression fast response sprinkler specially designed for dealing with high risk of fire, this product is 

specially design and testing, compared with normal sprinkler, it features short response time, large flow, the 

droplet diameter is large, extinguishing efficiency is high, dealing with fire in the method of early suppression 

and cooling, so more suitable for protecting the elevated goods, in the height of 12m building to protect the 

tiered goods in 10.7m high. And in most cases, no need to use other normal sprinkler in the shelf.

This sprinkler adopts the world’s latest Φ2.5mm high strength  and quick response bulb from JOB company 

in Germany, the response time index RTI≤28(ms)1/2, so the bearing strength is high and the bulb response 

time is fast. The sprinkler splash plate and frame constitute a wide field, thus ensuring to put out the fire on

the top of the shelf, the sprinkler center has a powerful water column to pass through the shelf and put out 

the fire at the bottom of the shelf.

4.Installation,usage and maintenance:

 

During installation, should pay attention not to damage the bulb to avoid affect the thermal performance. In the

process of wrench and twist, do not use spanner to wrench the supporting arm to deformation and affect the 

sealing performance (note: the bulb temperature can be chosen according to the needs of users)

 

 

5.Packing pictures:use styrofoam to protect the sprinkler

 Use styrofoam box place the sprinkler,good protect.Then into brown carton.
