Feature of Xingtai wire rope pressing machine,
1. The swage construction is forged from high strength alloy steel. The body of swagers are manufactured from one single block construction that ensure strength and long service life.
2. Xingtai machines adopt high pressure and low pressure pump oil supply system to bring in fast upward and downward speed as well as smooth pressing process, greatly improving the pressing quality and production efficiency.
3. The die tables of Xingtai machines are designed to change different mold easy. Clinets can press other products through change dies.
4. All xingtai dies are made of high quality die steel and undergoes high temperature, quenching, tempering and other processes, becoming sturdy and durable.
5. Our 1000t press machine have two motors for work, one is for low pressure pump and the other is for high pressure pump.
