By strict control of chocolate temperature in each phase, to make best-quality chocolate well crystallized with best taste, shinning gloss, smooth texture, crisp break and longer shelf life.

3. Only chocolate contains cocoa butter need this chocolate tempering machine. Compound chocolate don’t need to be tempered in this chocolate tempering machine.
