Trouble Shooting
1) My plate processor cannot boot or the LCD screen without any signal ?
1Check to be sure the power supply terminal is powered on , the circuit breaker is tripped.
Not cut the main power switch to ON (1) position , the power cannot enter the machine.
Safety emergency stop button is not the role of reversion , can also cause this problem, pull up the emergency stop button , emergency stop button will indeed return .
Because the circuit safe design, the main power supply has sent machines still press the green start button , the machine only way to start.
To maintain the machine to avoid abnormal current is too large , the circuit elements destroy the original , main circuit fuse design, the fuse blows , electricity can not be supplied to the host. Before replacing the fuse , be sure the unit will power off the circuit breaker has indeed . Indeed according to the design specifications of the fuse should be replaced, replace the fuse large , will cause the motor driver board circuit board burned
Open the electrical box cover , such as found electrical box with red and green lights , and the machine itself has power, but does not have any on the LCD display , there are two possibilities:
2)When the plate processor starts to develop plate, the machine does not move.

Gear stuck:
A. Check the drive plate fuse is burned, as has been burned, please replace the fuse specifications; another may fuse is not burned but drive plate itself has obvious burn marks, then you must replace the drive plate. Update the driver plate, driving the small knob plate should be adjusted to a proper position can make the drive plate play optimal efficacy.
