1. Less Than Container orders can be acceptable for some models. You can tell us your trusted agent in China to arrange the transport or we can help you as your requirement.      

 2. Customer-made cartons, ship marks, and labels are available. The minimum order quantity is required. You can forward us before ordering.     

a) One year against manufacturer's defect.

b) I sincerely invite you to come for a workshop inspection, so you will have a more comprehensive understanding of the quality. Of course, if you have no time to visit, we would take photos for you in detail and will not load the goods until getting your permission.

 c) After receiving the goods within 15 days if you find any quality problem please show pictures to us, we usually will send the replacement for the damaged parts. If very severely damaged, we would compensate for your loss. The compensation would be deducted from the total amount of the next order. But if you open the container in your port and move the goods to your warehouse, we will be out of responsibility because we can not control this process. Therefore, we suggest you deliver the container to your warehouse then open the container, which will greatly reduce the chances of damage.

 How about the LCL order and FCL order?   

   LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can’t reach a full 40 HQ container. The order term is EX-work (EXW), seller just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
