Place the better-sport mouth guard into the mouth to test for size.

Carefully adjust to the proper size to fit.

Place the better-sport mouth guard into a container with boiled water (185~212 degree F.) for 15 seconds.

Once it’s cool, carefully place the mouth guard into your mouth. Bite gently and suck all air and water out for a tight around upper teeth.

Use your fingers to assist and press your lips to fit flatly with your gum.

Remove the mouth guard and place in cold water.

If fit is unsatisfactory. Repeat the procedure until satisfied.
