Marine boat fender is the advanced anti-collission device  for marine application in the world today. It uses compressed air as medium to absorb the impact energy when ship-to-ship contact(STS). 1. The outer rubber

 

 Outside on the ball of rubber layer, which is used to protect by skeleton material and lining rubber

ball from external force damage or wear.

 

2. the inner plastic

    On the ball inside the rubber layer, which is used to prevent gas leakage and stay on the ball

pressure.

 

3. Cord fabric layer

      Composed of hanging plastic cord fabric, the lacquer that bake frame materials

 

4. Volume line ringe

     Placed in by ball end (or both) of steel ring, for fixed end cord fabric layer

  

5. The end of the flange

      On the ball at the ends of the metal parts, can be installed charging valve and relief valve.
