1.Hydraulic press is composed of main machine, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system and lubrication system.

1.Main machine: The fuselage is a three-beam and four-column structure, which consists of upper beam, sliding beam, worktable, column, lock mother, guide sleeve, etc.
2.Main cylinder: The main cylinder is a piston type cylinder. The cylinder body is connected with the upper beam through flange, the piston rod is connected with slider, and the surface of the piston rod is quenched and grinded to improve its surface accuracy and wear resistance. Imported U-ring seal is selected for cylinder seal, which is reliable and has long service life.
3.YCY14-1B series constant power variable displacement pump is used in the main oil pump of hydraulic system of power system. The pump has reasonable structure and superior performance. In hydraulic system, two-way cartridge valves are used for valve blocks, which are highly integrated and reduce piping. 8.Pressure display device The pressure display of this machine is displayed by pressure gauge.
9.The electric control system of electric control system is divided into two parts: power system and control system. The power part includes control power supply, start-stop and protection switch of each motor. The starting of large motor adopts step-down starting, and the power supply adopts three-phase four-wire system. The control part includes the control box and the mobile operation table. The control box can be equipped with PLC programmable control system according to the customer's requirements, which can complete the control of all the actions of the machine.
