Q: How can I get sample ?
A: Usually sample within value US$ 30 will be free of charge, however, courier freight for sample will be collected from receiver, or you pick up the sample from our factory office.

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Full T/T payment before shipment. Deposit will be required for tailored items including private label.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: For most of the products like accessories and tools, lead time will be 4-6 weeks from order confirmation by deposit or payment, for some electronic equipment such as energizer or digital tester, 6-8 weeks may be required.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For accessories, usually minimum 2K pcs per order for polymer items, and minimum 1K pcs for metal items. For printed box or label, the economical quantity would be 2K pcs per order. We have MOV (Minimum Order Value) requirement for each order or shipment, US$ 2,000 or Euro 1,800, otherwise, there is extra handling charge occurring.

Q: Can you accept OEM ?
A: Yes, FenceMate has OEM and ODM program for client, not only for products, but also for private label (may have extra cost)

Q: Do you have warranty ?
A: Yes, FenceMate offers warranty of 12 months from shipment for most of the metal or polymer products, free replacement will be available for quality defect due to inferior material, workmanship or packaging.
