2. The machine is designed for: 4/6 Corner Collapsible, Crash-lock Bottom box, straight line box, and double walls box.
3. The machine is running steady with strengthened single-side driving system, and it is also easy for maintenance.
4. The motor is controlled by transducers (inverter) which are available for automatic timing, It’s energy saved and helps work stably.
5. An electric adjusting system is the machine makes it more conveniently when adjusting the space of carriers which usually based on the double-face tooth rods adjusting system.
6. Paper is fed by several thick belts with the help of vibration motor, the feeding is continuous, exact and automatic with this system.
7. Grinders are provided in both sides of machine, to make gluing more stable and firm.
8. Equipped with 2 sets of gluing system in the machine: top glue system and side glue system. Space adjustment is achieved by the tooth rods.
9. There is a PLC system controlled by human through touch screen in the machine. A remote diagnosis is equipped to help maintenance (remote controller system in included), and a photoelectric system to control speed in pressing unit(speed in pressing unit is corresponding automatically with the one in feeding unit). Function s are more complete when it’s able to count by accumulated quantitative or partitioned.
10. Delivery unit is equipped with pressing sponge belts to ensure out-put in a perfect condition. A transverse paper collection table after the pressing unit helps to collect boxes quickly.
11. The machine is able to make 4/6 corner box or 4-fold crash-lock bottom boxes. In the pre-folding part, the first fold and the third fold can be at 180 degree and 90 degree. The second fold and the fourth fold are molded at 180 degree.
12. A set of spray gluing system with three guns and a set of servo system are included in this machine.
13. Belts in the main parts of the machine are imported.
14. Pre-floding in 135 degree design/plasma device is optional. And special design is available.
