Procedures/testing details

All raw material and components are subject to rigid metallurgical tests and only qualified materials are used.

All components processed in every manufacturing stage are inspected and tested strictly.

100 percent inspection and testing is carried out before packing.

Inspection flow:

1. Packing checking: products quantity, packing method, packing mark, products putting.

2. Appearance checking: Put products at the place of 46cm from eyes, inspect with seeing, feeling plug gauge and graduated scale.

3. Machine performance inspection.

4. Electricity performance inspection.

5. Insides of products inspection.

6. Character and reliability testing: Life testing and Temperature test in operation
