Performance and Characteristics
This machine is suitable for blowing PVC heat shrinkable plastic film, which is widely used for packing foodstuff, garment,
electric goods, dail-use articles etc.
1. This machine adopts two times blowing, which can blow film in good contractility and high diaphaneity.
2. The screw and barrel are all made of 38CRMOALA alloy, and treated by nitrogen. It has an advantage of great thickness,
corrosion resistance and endurance etc. The die head is plated with hard chrome, the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output. The take-up unit adopts lifting type, the height of lifting frame can be adjusted automatically according to different technological requirements.
3. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
