  SY-1153 X- ray Film Developing and Fixing Powder

 

Instructions:

 

This kind of powder is applicable for different types of medical and industrial used X ray film, both domestic and imported products, to be developed in tank by hand at normal temperature. It has the edge of quick developing and fixing; high contrast, low veil and good hard-baking effect, and thus it could make out the best image.

Compound method:

1. First to dissolve the small sacks by 15L 50℃ water; Then to put powder medicine in big sacks into it, mixing up while dumping; and finally to add water until the total reaches 5.284 gallon (20.0L) after compound.

2. The liquid medicine should be compounded one day before use.

Operation guide and notice:

1. The newly compounded liquid medicine develops at 18℃-20℃;

2. The medicine should be dissolved by the given order during compound;

3. Containers for compounding developing and fixing liquid should be cleaned and used individually;

4. It should be kept in dry, cold and well-ventilated environment, effulgence avoided;

5. The compounded developing and fixing liquid shall be used after 24 hours’ immobility and kept with cover;

6. The on-shelf life for this medicine is two years.
