1.   A:  what's the payment terms ?
     B:  we would accept : T/T, Wester Union,moneygram,etc.

 

2.  A: what's the MOQ for each items ?
     B:  Normally our MOQ is 100 pcs  / design / color for all items. 10pcs~100pcs for in stock design
 
3.  A: what's your sample time and lead time ?
      B: our sample item is 3~7 days for the mold which we have.It's 7~10 days for customized mold. The lead time is about 25-30 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit .

 

4.  A:If I buy more,will there be any discount?   

 

     B:1.For new customers: There is 2% discount for order value above $3000-$5000 ,.

        2.For old customer:discount detail talk with saler.  

 

5.  A:When can I receive item after made payment?         

     B:Normally,we will send it by DHL,UPS,and it takes about 3~5 days arrive.    

 

6.  A:I received the item in broken,what should I do?   

    B:Every item before sping is well inspected,though we packed well,it still can't be avoid because of rough handling by sping worker.In this case,please contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken,please email us,we will resend to you next order,

 

7. A:  Can I get free samples ?
    B:  yes , we can provide 1 pcs existing samples in free.But the sping fee will be charge by buyer.
