GALVANIZED STEEL FILM LOCKING PROFILES

The profile is designed and produced in consideration of the film locking with double spring wires with wider and larger space for the spring to fix the film fastener with nicer looking. The width of the profile is 30mm, and the height of the profile is 11mm.

The material of the profile is made of hot galvanized steel sheet, with cool bending forming process, and the steel sheet is 0.7mm thick with guarantee of minimum galvanizing thickness of 100g/ m², making it for long time of duration under humid environments. 

The profile is made with high precision of rolling pointed line in the middle, which makes it easy for drilling holes during installation.

The profile is produced with one stage molding with rolled edge so as to protect the film fully.

 

                                                      

Use: The Film Lock Device and wire is designed exculsively for flexible

material fastening in greenhouse construction, such as greenhouse film,

shade cloth, insect net and shading net etc.
