Q1:Does all racks produced by your company?

A1: Yes, we're a DIRECT MANUFACTURE with over 15 years experience, main products of us include Pallet Racking, Shelving, Radio Shuttle, Cantilever, Mezzanine, etc. All products are 100% produced by ourselves. For radio shuttle, we have own intellectual property

Q2: Where are you company located?

A2: Our factory is located in Jinshan District, Shanghai, China, close to Shanghai Port, conveniently for delivery. 80,000sqm production plant, which enable a strong production capacity and stable quality.

Q3: What certification do your products passed?

A3: We're ISO9001 certificated company. Rack system are strictly designed and produced based on CE and AS4084:2012 standard for storage rack, comply with FEM and RMI standard.

Q4 How long of your warranty period?

A4: We afford 10-year warranty and lifetime insurance services of all racking products. Any quality issues that caused by quality of products, we'll provide free parts for replacement.
