Characteristics

 •It comprises of a axial fan, a protective housing on the front and rear surfaces and filter designed to retain dust particles.

 •The filters that equip the fans must be cleaned and replaced regularly.

 •This filter can be replaced during operation without risk of touch with the rotating part.

•Material of filter pad: 100g/ M3 nylon fiber compound, Filtration efficiency up to 7 3%.

•Operation Temperature/Humidity Range: (under unconcretionary state) -20°C ~ +75°C (temperature), 0% ~ 95% (himidity)

•RAL 7035 grey is the standard offer with the possibility to change to RAL 7032 by means of a replacement grille.

•Bear in mind the pressure losses caused by the outlet element (grille with filter, ventilation louvre or simple opening) when determining the fan flow rate.

•Protection class: E N 60 5 29 I P 5 4 (not suitable for outdoor equipment).

Workshops

For assuring the stability and consistency of product quality, we try our best to increase the self-making rate of all the parts. We have attained more than 90% self-making rate until now, from the raw material purchase to injection and die-casting. In our plant, we cacarry our production and stock process strictly according to Iso9001 standar. All the steps including receiving material, production, inspection, stock and Ex-warehouse, we carry out through our ERP system. During production, semi-finished products must get through three inspections--withstanding voltage testing, earth testing and conventional testing. Every product has a unique laser-printed code for quality trace.

Testing Equipments

Skill achieves excellence. We set up a Professional laboratory system, including test equipment for air flow, noise and high-low temperature alternating cabinet (salt spray chamber included), etc. Our technician team members achieve their ideas of air movement solution through circuit analysis, test of reliability and environment in this laboratory system. As response to the new rule of EU ERP regulations, we have accomplished the efficiency test of every model we have.

It is very important to protect our fans during their transportation to our customers. We replaced our foam packing with carton paperboard as interval of fans in order to avoid environmental problem of foam. We load all the cartons on pallet in order to save labor force cost for our customer. And we also supply plastic film parcel up the outside of the pallet for waterproof if our customers’ end are in rain reason.
