1.Introduction

Automotive grade urea (AGU) 46%N is a very special sort of prilled urea which has to be uncoated (=not treated with formaldehyde).This kind of urea is used by our customers for the production of aqueous urea solutions which has to be the highest purity.

The urea we supply to our customers is produced by large gas based plants. it has the highest purity level which is required in order to meet the ISO22241 requirements which are defined for the 32,5% aqueous urea solution . There are only few manufacturers in the whole world which are able to produce the automotive grade urea and ensure that the quality parameter remain stable and in accordance to the ISO norm.

 

Why choose urea as a reagent to control NOx emissions:

· You may wish to choose urea for safety reasons. It poses less risks in the workplace and doesn’t require specific training, unlike ammonia

· Urea is non hazardous. It is stable, non volatile, non explosive and non flammable

· It can be safely transported, stored and handled without the need for specific training

Q3:What's the delivery lead time?

  A: yes, our product has been tested and approved in SGS

 

Q5: Can i get my shipment tested at the loading port?

  A: sure, we can arrange the SGS at loading port, with quantity above 200mt, we will afford that inspection cost for you

 

Q6: Is pallet necessary for loading?

 

 A: pallet is necessary when urea is loaded in 20’container, if you use 40’container, pallet is only necessary for the top layer.

 

Q7: Can you arrange origin certificate like FORM A/FORM F for our import customs clearance?
