Application


Application of Polyurethane material
PTMG+TDI polyurethane material needs to work with curing agent, MOCA, DMTDA...etc. It can be used to make heavy load finished product, hydrolysis resistant finished products...etc. Please find the following general applications of polyurethane material for your reference.

*Wheel: castor wheel, fork-lift tire, skate wheel, flywheel…etc.
*Roller: transmission roller, wire guide roller…etc.

PTMG+TDI casting polyurethane material and MOCA should be well mixed according to the mixing ratio. The working temperature, Curing time, storage of casting polyurethane material and heating condition will influence the properties of final products.

Notice of storage of Polyurethane material
Please kindly store the polyurethane material in dry and cool environment without direct sunlight. If the material is kept at the proper storage temperature of 25 ± 5℃ in airtight drums.
