1. warp beam creel:

 

1.1. use H-type double-layer beam creel, four warper beam for a group, between each group of creel, there is foot pedals for man to pass through. (plate uses thickness 6mm pattern plate).

1.2. the shaft diameter ø 1000mm, working width 1800mm can accommodate shaft number 16.

1.3. unwinding tension adopts pneumatic control, with manually adjustable air pressure, pressure brakes to stop, Boot release, delayed a few seconds later, it has automatic compression. Guide roller is ø 180mm

 

2. Dyeing section:

2.1 padder: boiled bowl, staining bowl, and washing bowl, total has 15 padders, upper and lower rollers’ diameter is ø 350mm, upper roller uses S=30 seamless steel pipe, outside is covered with single layer 30mm-thickness 70-Shore-A Buna-n rubber. Upper roller’s Max. pressure is 4 tons. Lower roller uses S=30 seamless steel pipe, outside cover with 3mm-thickness stainless steel plate, after processing, again for mill processing; and raises high-quality grease; used pneumatic synchronization pressurized, pneumatic cylinder and pneumatic components use Taiwan joint venture company products, Collective drive side roller uses cardan shaft connection.

 

 

2.3 Vulcanized bowl: 3 pcs

A. Configuration 3 pcs stainless steel vulcanizing bowl, bowl body uses 2.5mm stainless steel, two-side plug plate uses 5mm stainless steel plate, each one bowl has 7 supporting stainless steel guiding yarn roller, guiding yarn roller is installed like this type: upper has 3 rollers and lower has 4 rollers. Use high-quality graphite bearing, making guide roller running flexible. The guide yarn roller diameter is 150mm (roller body thickness is 2 mmx2mm). In the bottom, there are both directly and indirectly steam heating tube.

 

 

2.4 oxidizing frame

2.4.1Configuring 10 group oxidation frames. Near the beam creel, there is 9 groups, in the washing part, each group of frame is put like this: upper is 6 pcs, lower is 5 pcs, the ventilated length for each group is about 32m. The last group of frame, upper layer is 8 pcs, lower layer is 7 pcs, its ventilated length is about 42m.

 

2.5 Washing bowl

2.5.1Configuring 3 pcs stainless steel washing bowl, washing bowl is made of 2.5mm stainless steel, two-side plug plate uses 5mm stainless steel plate, each one bowl has 7 supporting stainless steel guiding yarn roller, guiding yarn roller is installed like this type: upper has 3 rollers and lower has 4 rollers. The bottom of washing bowl has direct steam heating pipes. Padders mouth spray device into yarn, enhancing the effectiveness of washing.


2.2 dyeing bowl

2.2.1 pre-processing (2 pcs): a boiling bowl used for Warp removes grease and dirt surface, to improve quality of dyeing. Configuration a stainless steel washing bowl, bowl body uses 2.5mm stainless steel, two-side plug plate uses 5mm stainless steel plate, each one bowl has 7 supporting stainless steel guiding yarn roller, guiding yarn roller is installed like this type: upper has 3 rollers and lower has 4 rollers. Use high-quality graphite bearing, making guide roller running flexible. The guide yarn roller diameter is 150mm (roller body thickness 2 mmx2mm); the bottom of boiled bowl and washing bowl all have directly steam heating tube.

3, chamber for dyeing

3.1 Use ø 800mm flat plug stainless steel drying cylinder 10 pcs, using parallel structure, without hood. 5 pcs pre-drying cylinder, inside the chamber is 3 pcs guide rollers with sprayed on PTFE liner. The chamber use one water sprayer to exclude condensation water inside the chamber pipeline. General working pressure: 0.1MPa, maximum pressure does not over than 0.35MPa.

 

 

 

4. yarn storage device

4.1 storage device uses 20# channel steel frame, lower-layer guide rollers use overall lift, rack balance, with cast iron weight; storage capacity of 100 meters, the guide rollers used after processing seamless steel tube, chromed structure, diameter 150mm. Yarn under the storage shelves into the trough prior to the installation device.

 

4.2 storage device is equipped with limit switch, when touching it when the second limit switch, Bell issued a warning signal, indicating warp will find time for storage and automatic sizing slow-down. When touching the first trip switch, the sizing section will stop running. When it comes following a second stroke switch, Bell issued a warning signal, stored veil will be full, the operator should accelerate the pace of sizing manually (speed or reduce staining), when it comes the following limit switch as a first course, yarn dyeing section stop running.

 

 

5, sizing box

5.1 sizing box capacity (L): main box: 1500L, secondary box: 290L sizing trough.jpg

5.2 sizing device: use three-dip & three-press synchronization pressurized form. Sizing roller surface is covered with stainless steel, roller core is olive type, package glue 63-65-Shore-A hardness. The bearings of sizing roller and squeezing roller use Japan NSK company products, remaining bearing use domestic brand; 2 pcs front squeezing roller is smooth glue roller, back squeezing roller is covered with micro hole glue roller, hardness is 68-Shore-A.

 
 

6. the sizing Chamber:

6.1 using 12 ø 800mm flat head stainless steel drying, cross-stack structure, 6 pcs pre-drying cylinder, inside the chamber is 3 pcs guide rollers with sprayed on PTFE liner. 7. the yarn separator and tension parts:

 

Install tension buffer set, Oita yarn stick (twisted) root (stainless steel pipe ø 50), yarn of rods 14 (stainless steel tube ø 38), small yarn sticks for 16 (ø 20 stainless steel), aluminium expansion Reed (Reed needle two pairs) (quantity is selected by the user)

8.1, using auto-am front (small wall-slab structure), and domestic and imported Shuttle, shuttle, rapier and air-jet loom.

8.2, the use of two elements drive, winding independent variable-frequency motor loom, constant tension winding control. Dragging rollers, drying room, VAT for collective drive; weaving winding diameter ø 100 – ø 1016mm.

8.3 maximum winding tension 5000N.
