Adopting the advanced process flow, the complete set of flour milling machineries have different configuration models with different throughput stretches from 20T/D to 200T/D.

Our wheat flour milling machines/plant includes clean part, flour milling part and packing part. 

 

 

1, The cleaning part of wheat flour milling plant:

 

Beating → screening →   destoner → magnetic separator →   dampening

 

To ensure the flour quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the wheat before go to mill

 

(The cleaning room adopts three sifting, two scouring, two de stoning,  one wheat washing and drying, a magnetic separation, two times dust removing, four lifting,  this technology has the advantage of dust good cleaning effect, high efficiency, low power consumption, good effect of dust removing and no flying )

 

 a. wheat cleaning machine

 

We employ one set of versatile cleaner which emerges separating, destoning, scouring and screw conveying into a single whole which can provide clean wheat ready to be wetted.

 

b. wheat washing machine

 

Wheat get from versatile cleaner will be washed and cleaned further in this washer &destoner machine. And wetting tank should be made by concrete which will be better for getting optimum moisture condition before milling. 

 

2, The flour milling part of wheat flour mill plant:

 

Milling → sifting

 

 Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran

 

(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving

 

(2) Sifter: to separate the flour, bran and semolina to ensure flour quality.

 

(The milling part adopts 4 skin, 4-wick and 1-residue, four sets outside sieve grading screen, one bran finisher, flour  sifting use three double-bin plan sifting, thus has the advantage of high product efficiency, easy maintenance, flour milling machine adopts roller milling, synchronous belt  driving, high productivity, low noise, no flying dust and easy maintenance.

 

a. Milling part

 

We employ two sets of 6F2240 single roller mill and four sets of drum sieve to grind and grade flour. We can get wheat four in one go.

 

b. Bag filter

 

We fix a 36holes bag filter in this line to collect dust generated in the whole process so workshop can be clean enough

 

3, packing part of wheat flour milling machine:

 

The packing part is totally automatic; it can be designed according to requirement and machinery capacity:
