YLK planetary ball mill is mixing, finer grinding, sample preparation, nanomaterials dispersion, new product development and small batch production the essential device of hightech materials. Widely applied in industries of geology, food,
metallurgy, electronics, ceramics, chemical, medical, construction, mineral, environmental protection, etc. The product
can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. Minimum
granularity of grinded products can be assmall as 0.1(µm) micron.

 

 

>> Working Principle <<

 

YLK Ball Mill Machine can grind different material depends on the grinding jar type. The jar material can be stainless 

steet, tungsten carbide, agate, alundum, zirconia or ceramic.

 

For example, while being used for soil heavy metal analysis in lab, it needs 4 agate tanks. The voltage in sealed agate 

tank is set by calibrated scale. The tank revolves both round the turnplate axis and on its own axis in reverse. Samples intank crash and rub with each other in very high speed motion and eventually achieve the crash, grind, mix & disperse of samples automatically. It has 3 types of mill methods: dry mill, wet mill and vacuum mill. Two or four grinding tanks can 

work together.

Every YLK Ball Mill Machine is equipped with a round frame sieve. While grinded powder passing through the sieve, the 

particle can be classified into different sizes. The screen has 10 types, including 20/40/60/80/100/120/140/160/180/200 

sieve number. You can get different size powder by choosing the appropriate screen. Matches between sieve &particle
