Features:

1. Casters or metal supports are available for effective bearing of the stretcher's weight.

2. The maximum bearing weight is up to 159kg.
3. The medical stretcher can be folded in length and width to a compact size, with collapsible poles to enable fast opening.

4. It is coated with premium canvas or waterproof leathers that deliver high tensile strength and ease of cleaning.

5. The folding stretcher is constructed from 6063T5 aluminum alloy poles in 28-32mm diameter and 2.0-2.5mm wall thickness for high strength, ease of folding and carrying, and great unfolding stability.

2. Product Packaging

The detailed packaging of each product is different. Generally, our products are packed in 5-layer brown cartons. Then, according to customers' needs, we decide to use wooden box or not. 3. Delivery Cycle
Normally, the delivery cycle is within 7-30 days. For OEM orders, it will be different. We own design department and engineers which can offer CAD drawings within 2 days to maximally meet customer's requirements. We will take full advantage of our resources to make samples during 10-15 days and deliver them to customers for confirmation. After confirmation, we will deliver finished products within 15-30 days. For specific circumstances, the delivery cycle depends on order quantity.

4. OEM

In our product range, we accept OEM orders from any customer and in any quantity. OEM covers customer LOGO, operation manual, special packaging, etc. For some customers who need samples and put forward some changes on design based on samples, Medcare can meet their requirements.

5. Samples

A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Paypal, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance are the most usual ways we are using.

3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
