1.  Can you accept OEM parts?

Yes, Wotech is specialized in oem parts based on your 2D drawing in jpeg or pdf/ 3D drawing in step or igs. Wotech can also produce the part by your sample

 

2. How long time can you quote?

 

Within 3 working days when your inquiry confirmed. 

3. How long time do you need to develop the samples and produce the batch order?

 Generally speaking, we need about 25 days to do the mould and 5 days to do Die Trial. If it has machining, we may totally need around 45 days. 

Once the samples are confirmed, we may need 45 days for batch production

 

4.  How do you do the Quality Control?

 

 First of all, Wotech is aiming to avoid any problems before the production. So we will confirm every detailes before the quotation. Once the order is confirmed, we will also re-confirm all the detailes with the customer and the factory. Only by this way, we can avoid the mistakes and save the cost for YOU, WOTECH AND THE FACTORY.

 

Second, Wotech has a strict requirment for our suppliers on the quality control. They must be performed according to ISO9001 or TS16949 Standard. Such as Initial sample test, last sample test, Random test etc.

Third but not last, Our QA will go to factory during the production and do the random test.
