Cold feed rubber extruder                                          

Pin Cold Feed Rubber Extruder is applicable to extruding tires of tread in radial tire and cross-ply tire preparation, extruding bead apex, covering rubber of electric wire, electric cable and rubber hose, extruding rubber board, slab, conveyer belting and rubber core. Also the extruder is widely used for feeding rubber on steal cord calendaring line, feeding rubber for radial tire’s airtight seal.

 

The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoAlA high-quality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the hardness HRC is 60-65. Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good. The direct current motor is applied to infinite speed variation in transmission agent. Reduction is a hard tooth face cylinder gearwheel reducer. The transmission is stable and reliable. The agent has small volume and low noise.

 

The extruder uses the technology of room temperature feeding. Its advantages are high quality, high yield ability, high efficiency and energy conservation. Also the extruder can extruder rubber at low temperature, and is highly adaptable to processes of tires of rubber sizing material.
