 1.Select raw materials, eliminate  the mildew, unqualified 

   core veneers , so we can get fully qualified starting point

2.The machine joining together, we can get the no core gap board.This

board didn't easy to be broken

3.After substrate board  forming, we carefully to it to repair the core,

putty repair, then sanding  toget the flat surface

 a.before sanding(core repair and putty repair)

 b.after sanding surface

 4.The most important procedure: HOT PRESS WITH FILM.

we use the more pressure power and enough long time,

that we get almost no carbonized, no flaw of the perfect products!
