1200C Protective Atmosphere Industrial Furnace with Nitrogen, Argon

1200C Nitrogen Atmosphere Furnace is designed for material synthesis under controlled inert gas Atmosphere up to 1200 ºC. The atmosphere furnace consists of high quality Alumina fiber brick and Ni-Cr Resistance Wire, as well as vacuum sealed steel case.

It is an ideal tool for preparing new materials which requires a heat treatment under inert gas.

Atmosphere Furnace Structure:

1)     High quality Alumina fiber inner insulator and double layer steel outer layer with air cooling fan to keep case temperature below 55C(energy saving 40% and weight lighter about 30% than old furnace )

2)     Double layers steel casing with fan cooling, to ensure the surface of furnace below 50C

3)     Gas inlet and venting port are installed for using at oxygen or inert gas riches Atmospheres

4)     Built in Pressure gauge, vacuum valves and two gas flowmeters

2) High purity and reflective Al2O3 ceramic fiber board with ZrO2 Liner coating for max energy saving.

3) Energy saving 1400 grade fibrous alumina insulation.

4) Double layer steel case with air cooling to ensure low surface temperature. 

5) Effective heated chamber: 300x300x400mm.

6) Built in precision digital temperature controller is 51segments programmable to control heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.

7) The furnace temperature is controlled by precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1°C and 51 segments programmable up to 1200°C.

Atmosphere Furnace Operation Notes:

1)     For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min.

2)     Cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.

3)     This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.

4)     Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
