A1:Our factory located in Foshan City with 5000 square meter;our nearest port is Guangzhou( one of the best business city in China).

Q2.Can I make a customized order, OEM or ODM?
A2: ODM & OEM service is available, including the size, the material, function, color, put your logo on our product, etc.

Q3: What is your factory capacity?
A3: Around 30 pcs of 40 HQ container/month ;Around $1 million per month .

Q4: What is your MOQ?
A4 : Our MOQ is usually 10pcs for each model ,but the more quantity cost will be more cost-effective .

Q5: What is the production leading time and the warranty?
A5: 1-4 weeks, it depends on model number and quantity.
Warranty: 3 Years, and the replacement will be ship out with next order for free .

Q6: What is your Payment terms?
A6: TT 30% advance payment ,70% balance before loading. Others trade term are negotiable, Such as LC ,OA ,DA, ect.

Q7.Can you offer free sample ?
A7: Yes, we will offer free sample. But buyers need to pay the sample cost first, and we will return the cost when you make the order qty more than 100pcs/model.

Q8.What certificate do you have ?
A8: We have CE certification, SGS and BIFMA certificated parts and multiple patent certifications.
