DPP-360H Roller Type High Speed Blister Packaging Machine

 

 

 DPH320H High-Speed Roller Plate Aluminum Plastic Blister Packing Machine is a new generation product elaborately researched and developed by our company, its blanking is up to 200 times per minute at the fastest, is about four times higher than the ordinary blister Packing Machine. It gains all the advantages of flat plate type and roller type Packing Machine, matches with special-shaped tablets feeder, has the characteristics of high blanking frequency, energy consumption saving, accurate and stable action, convenient die replacement, high yield, wrong plate and no horizontal slitter edge punching (save more than RMB 440,000 of consumables annually), production efficiency is greatly increased. Complete machine design is more reasonable; adopt frequency conversion and speed regulation, machine, electricity, light and gas integrated automatic control technology, conduct the innovative design, complete machine is split type combination, workstation structural modularization and other functions in strict accordance with the requirements of pharmaceuticals industry “GMP” standard.
