No Load, press "ON/OFF" button to indicate capacity level  

Digital tube presents "1" - 0% ~ 10% capacity
Digital tube presents "2" - 10% ~ 20%
Digital tube presents "3" - 20% ~ 30%
Digital tube presents "4" - 30% ~ 40%
Digital tube presents "5" - 40% ~ 50%
Digital tube presents "6" - 50% ~ 60%
Digital tube presents "7" - 70% ~ 80%
Digital tube presents "8" - 80% ~ 90%
Digital tube presents "9" - 90% ~ 100%

(2) 4-level output indication

1. With load, press & hold "ON" button for 2 seconds to power on, the default setting is Max output(digital tube present "4");

2. Press "OFF/ON" button to turn down/up output level:

Digital tube present 4 - 98% output

Digital tube present 3  - 75% output

Digital tube present 2  - 50% output

Digital tube present 1  - 25% output

3. Press & hold "OFF" button for 2 seconds, the LED is off, and the power output also is off.
