 1. What is water transfer printing?

     Answer: Water Transfer Printing (also known as water immersion printing, hydrographic printing, hydro dipping, hydro imaging and fluid imaging) is a 3D decorating process.

    The Water Transfer Printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramics, and metal. For the most part, if the item can be dipped in water, the hydro-graphic process can be used.

2. What film patterns we have?

    Answer: We have thousands of patterns(Pictures), including Carbon Fiber, Skull, Camouflage ,Wooden, Marble& Stone, , Animal Skin, Cartoon, Flower, Metal Brush etc., Many films are available only from us. We can also print your design if you need.

3. What items can this technology apply to?

    Answer: This process can be used on almost all the 3D parts surface treatment, like automobiles Interiors, c-box, guns, Motors, furniture, shoes, fishing tools ,etc.

4. What width film we have?

   Answer: We have films in 50cm, 80cm, 90cm, 100cm width. You can recognize the exact width from the last letter of the pattern number: B-50CM ; C- 80CM ; D- 90/100CM; A-100CM. For example: LCF021A(The “A” means this film is 100cm width).

  PS: Once the film printed, the film width could not change.

5. How an you place an order?

2)  When you get the catalog please select the patterns you want, list us the pattern number and quantity for each.

3)  We will quote you the total soon after your list, payment by T/T bank transfer, paypal, western union is ok.

4)  We will ship your order by FedEx, EMS,UPS, TNT express in 1-5 days after the payment. you may get your order in 7-15 days later.

6. What kind of packaging we use?

    Answer: We will roll films by paper tube( more than 10 sq.ms), pack the roll with plastic inside and carton outside.

                  

7. Do we offer freight discount?

   Answer: We will quote you freight at the discount price we get from express company, and there are big UPS/TNT/FedEx freight discount for more than 20 KGS( About400 sq.ms film) order.

8. Do we offer process support?

9. Do we offer film activator?

    Answer: Activator is the key to WTP process, please contact us , you will get more than you need.

10.Can we print film at your design?

    Answer: We provide customer printing service. If you have any design, just send us pI in format: .AI or .CDR ,and let us know the film width you want, We will email you the detail of this service.

11. What if the shipping cargo were damaged or in shortage?

    Answer: We will well pack the films in carton box and wrapped with tapes, and we choose the best express company ( UPS/FedEx/EMS ) to avoid shipping damage.

   If you got damaged packing, please kindly let us know at the earliest. Before you open the box please take photo of the package, weight the total weight, and send us pcs . We will composite you soon after the damage or shortage confirmed.
