Yes, we are audio products manufacturer located in Guangzhou, China.
Welcome to visit our factory.

2. How is the damage rate?
Our damage rate control at about 1%. We have extremely Strict Quality Control Procedure to support stable quality products.

3. Is sample order available? Is free sample available?
Firstly, sample order is available. Secondly, for new clients, we will return the sample fee after big order placed.

4. What's your warranty period?
Our warranty period is 12 months. We will give 1% easy-worn accessories to you before shipment. If there are many products have problem, our technician will go to your country to maintain, but that situation almost won't appear. 

5. What's your payment terms?
We accept Western Union and Bank Transfer. 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.

6. Where is your main market?
Our main customers are from Southeast Asia, South America, North America, Western Europe, Africa and other countries. 

7. How many days you need to prepare the goods?
We need about 3 working days for the ready goods, about 30 working days for large quantity.
