firstly,workers put the eggs onto the roller belt  manually or  use the vacumm pump ;

second ,the roller belt will convery the eggs into the candling part, LED ligtt  will come out from under the eggs and the light will penetrate the eggs and at the same time workers can select out stale eggs, cracked eggs, black-cored eggs, mildewed eggs;

third,the good eggs would be convey into the grading part and it would be divided  into 6 grade at most  by weight  automatically and electronically. ,eggs of difference weight will fall down onto different lanes and the same weight will fall down onto the same lane ,then it means grading is finished

 finally .the workers collect the eggs from different lane into different egg trays manually
