This 2.8inch mini LED Lights Illuminators are perfect design , powered by 3AAA Batteries. IR Remote Controlled. RGB colors light base with 24keys remote controller which will the light base to be a funny illuminator. change it to be 16colors, 4 Color-changing programs, Speed and brightness are adjustable.

The Flat light base is 0.9" tall . Come with 10pcs SMD LEDs. .

All 2in1 use. take it as a Submersible light or normal Illuminator...put them anywhere, if you want to make it bright places. Such as ,vases, shisha hookah, centerpieces , flower arrangements, below the cups... They will bring you a magical effect.

IMPORTANT :
* Screw to open the light base smoothly!
* Put the 3AAA batteries properly. the light will turn on at once. and the default program is Red-Green-Blue Slow Changing. (Use the IR Remote Controller to let it more fun .)
* Screw to close the light base. Be sure , you close it tightly to make it waterproof... The black rubber ring need be covered .
* To Prevent battery drainage , Please turn off the unit manually.
* It is not a TOY. Pls keep away from small Children which under 6 years old!

1. Tighten the cap (clockwise rotation) until you cannot anymore before placing it under water.

IR controller: 

-16 different static colors, you can press color buttons directly to select single static color for the lights, such as Red (R), Green (G), Blue (B) and other mixed colors.
-4 Different Modes of lights(Smooth,Flash,Strobe,Fade), you can also them to make lights change color automatically.When you want Strobe Function,There are 7 colors under this function, The first low 4 colors and the bottom low 3 colors. First of all ,Choose one of them, then press Strobe. 
-Brightness and Speed are Adjustable: Press Up or Down button to increase or reduce the brightness of static lighting.
