1. Wire part

Closed type head box

Forming table for wire: 11.5 meters length, the forming table clad by stainless steel board 

Frame made of Q235 steel, and clad by stainless steel board.

2.Vacuum de-watering part

2BEC-25 Type Liquid ring vacuum pump, Forming plate, 5-piece hydrofoil box, Vacuum suction box, Φ700 vacuum couch roll

3.Press part 

2 groups of press part, each part includes one set of natural 

marble roll Dia. 650mm×2400mm×2900mm and one set of rubber roll Φ600mm×2400mm×2900mm 

4.Dryer part 

In this part, includes 14 sets of dryer cylinders, arrayed in the order of 8 + sizing part + 6

5.Sizing part

Top roll: Dia. 750mm×2400mm×2900mm imitation stone roll, hardness 100SR°.  

Bottom roll: Dia. 755mm×2400mm×2900mm rubber roll,  shore hardness 96° ±2. with pneumatic pressure device. Double drive point.

2.How long is guarantee period for paper making machine?                                              

Answer:12 months after formal operational

3.What is the delivery time if we make a order from you?                                                  

Answer:Usually,the delivery time for smaller machines is 30-45 days after receiving deposit,

but for bigger machines,it will be longer to make sure the equipment quality.

4.What is your payment terms?                                                                                          

Answer:

(1). T/T(telegraphic transfer)30% as deposit,and 70%balance paid before shipment.

(2). 30%T/T + 70%L/C at sight. (3). 100%L/C at sight.
