1. High purity: the purity can reach 99.99%, no impurity phase detected by XRD, and the content of metal impurity elements detected by GDMS is low;
2. Small particle size: the particle size can reach 10-30nm;
3. Distribution concentration: the particle size is standard normal distribution, without bimodal or multimodal and tailing;
4. Typical product: Standard 1-3um (D10 ＞ 1.0um, D50: 1.2 ~ 1.8um, D90 ＜ 3.0um, 80% particle size is concentrated in the range of 1-3um)
