1. Q: Can I order pieces as sample at the beginning?

    A: Of course, we prefer our customers to test sample quality at the beginning, let's talk more details.

2. Q: Who will pay sample cost and postage?

    A: Sample cost and postage should be paid by customer for the first time, and sample cost can be returned after order.

3. Q: Do you have a MOQ?

    A: Minimum order quantity is 1000pcs each item, and our normal quotation will be based on it. We will try to accept smaller orders but we will charge you at least 3% more on our normal quotation.

4. Q: Which price term can it be deal with?

    A:  Shipments can be FOB any China port, mainly from Shanghai port or Zhangjiagang port, or can be CIF or CFR any port in the world. Please inform us when ask an offer.

5. Q: What kind of payment term is workable?

    A: (1)Less than USD5,000: 100% paid before shipment.

         (2)More than USD5,000: 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.
