2) Shipping and delivery details for mass production as follows,

 * shipping term: FOB, CFR, CIF or DDU as customer need.

 * Loading Port:   Ningbo or Shanghai by sea or by air,  If any other loading port please kindly advise and the extra inland transportation freight will be added accordingly. do hope understand. 

- samples preparation:  within 10-20days as per store availability for all parts

- samples charge: its sample need to be supplied with charge as its value is high. please kindly understand. 

- samples delivery:  DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS and EMS ,normally sent by below international express with                                                  customer advised express account No. .

   NOTE:  if not and freight charge prepayment need we will charge it before delivery do hope understand. 

- Payment Terms: 1) 30% by TT as deposit before production and the balance by TT before shipment.

                               2) 30% by TT as deposit before production and the balance by TT against B/L copy.

                               3) 100% by T/T in advanced with total amount is under $3000.

- Payment Way: TT, Western Union, Paypal.

                           ( Western Union and Paypay are just used for a small amount of payment within $500)

1.Do you offer OEM servies?

    Yes, of course. please advise your detailed requirement or samples if you have.

2.if it is acceptable for sample order with small quantity?

    Yes. sample order can ensure you understand our products clearly and avoid any mistake for product itself.

3. If sample fee can be free or refundable?

     Yes. normally we supply sample free of charge with certain quantity, except for some special high cost products.

     sample fee which within $50 will be refunded once receive certain order with available quantity.

4.  Can you supply us with special packing as we need and how about its cost?

      Yes, we can. please tell us your requirements and if you have fixed version please show us. we will charge related

      packing fee and please believe it will be acceptable for you. if our present packing you can accept it will be much better.
