Ball mill and air classifier system
Superfine calcium carbonate powder is one kind of filler,which has been used widely,therefore,Calcium carbonate powder processing technology and equipment is important field of our scientific research and development.
Hard mineral (silica,quart and feldspar) or iron content requirement,using ceramic liner and grinding media,air classifier system is adopt ceramic abrasion resistance protection,achieved iron-free and whiteness.
Adopt international standard ball mill and air classifier system,which is dry processing and closed circuit system.

Using special design and optimizing reasonable Length-to-diameter
Using the scientific proportion of grinding medium,to achieve the ideal grinding fineness.
Using rolling bearing as main bearing,dry oil lubricating,without thin oil lubricating station,reduced the operation cost.
Air classifier
Using different types of air classifier and classification technology,through to adjust air classifier,make the product and size distribution to meet customer requirments.
Using single or more air classifier,can get different fineness of products at same time.Multi-impeller air classifier,the classification efficiency can reach 90%.
One-time can get fineness 325-2500mesh which is adjustable,can use two air classifier system,the product from the first air classifier is put into the second air classifier to separate more fine powder,and become another product,this is advanced level of dry method ultrafine classification at home and abroad.
