1. High-Definition and high-sensitivity chromatic CCD image sensor, together with industrial wide-angle lens for accurate recognition, allows ultimate detection of defects and foreign materials. Be able to remove both lighter and darker colored defect simultaneously.


2. Adopt the international first-class optical lens; the definition is within 0.07 mm, can recognize the subtle chromatic difference and tiny flaws. Two side camera is available for greater defect detection.


3. Belt-type, avoids jumping in traditional chute-type color sorter and increases the output greatly.


4. By using high-speed parallel data processing chip, real-time efficient image acquisition and processing system, the color separator working efficiency has been greatly improved.


5. High quality image processing algorithm: advanced image processing technology is adopted, can effectively identify impurities as small as 0.1mm, which allows higher accuracy of color selecting and lower brought out.


6. Unique LED lighting system, Equipped with LED light source makes Superior illumination to ensure high-definition image quality for better detection of defects, can meet up to 1000 kinds of color separation.


7. Fan self-adaptive working temperature, ensure color separator in the high temperature environment also can work normally.
