1. Receding Head Hydraulic Die Cutting Press is used for cutting operation of nonmetal materials such as leather, paper, plastic film, rubber and textile etc.by die cutter.
2. The machine adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation with convenient use.
3. The machine is installed with front and rear movable cutting heads(pressing boards) draven by the motor.
During the operation, it provides workers with optimal excellent visual field, safety and reliability.
4. All movable connecting parts are equipped with central oil supply automatic lubricating device, which can raise abrasive resisitance
5. The special hydraulic design guarantees the continuous output of cutting force so as to realize low energy consumption.
6. The machine is provided with automatic cutting depth adjustment device to guarantee the cutting precision.
7. The machine is provided with high-precision safety screen on its operation surface, which can guarantee personal safety of operators and realize automatic operation of the machine.
8. The quenched steel plate can be optionally allocated to realize precise cutting without consumption of cutting board.
9. The heating board can be optionally allocated so that the machine can carry out pressure holding forming operation,

4. How can I trust your quality?
- We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
- We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
- At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
- We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
- Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.
5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
