Purpose and perfomance:

 

1.Produce various EVA foam slippers ,foam sheet ,insulation materials ,sports protective materials ,life jackets ,sponges and other thermoset rubber products .

2.Small temperature difference ,reliable pressure performance ,automatically pressure com-pensation during curing process .

3.Main frame uses cast steel ,piston adapts chilled cast iron,with surface rigidity of HR-75-80.

 

Feature:

 

1.Automatic closing,bumping,pressurizing and open operations .

2.High speed closing and pressurization for better product quality ,quick release valve for fast opening with speed adjustable ,depressurization and delay opening can be adjusted to match the thickness of products.

3.Special designed heating platens for unifying temperature distribution.
