General description
1. Using the wind sent access and thumb wheel, it is easy for customer to change the different bottle, which can keep the bottle shape and high-speed.
2. With clamp hanging the bottle neck, change bottle no need to adjust the height of the bottle, only change the guide plate which is related with the bottle body.
3. Washing bottle mouth with special designed washing manipulator, clip in the bottle neck, stable and avoid secondary pollution.
4. Filling: The clean bottle will from the washing part to the filling part, it will move up or down by the lifting structure, between this process, the bottle will top the filling valve and then start to fill, the capacity is controlled by transducer.
5. Capping adopts French advanced technology, cap sorter install in a lower position, send cap in level position.
6. The cap sorting device is installed in the above of the capping part, the cap will be sorted and come into the capping part by conveying. And the cap is sent to the cap sorting device by fan.
