1.      machine guarantee is for 1 year, electric components are for 6 months

2.     within one year seller will supply wearing spare parts for free, after guarantee period, seller supply spare part at cost price

3.      After machine deliver to buy’s factory, we will send 1 or 2 technical person for install machine, about 1or 2 weeks.

4.      Buyer should supply round trip tickets, accommodation and each day 75 USD for each person, buyer should arrange translator for communication.

5.      Technical support is for 24 hours online support.
