1. The frame of crane beam is square box frame, it is made by Q235B steel plate, it has smaller body to get more lifting space, the crane's traveling speed is 2~20m/min or 3~30m/min, it is controled by frequency inverter, the working condition is very well.  

 

2. The lifting unit is wire rope electric hoist, it is low headroom frame electric hoist, it takes smaller space on vertical direction; the lifting motion is driven by double speed motor, the lifting speed is 5/0.8m/min(4/0.66m/min), and traveling motion is driven by single speed motor and matching with frequency inverter. the traveling speed is 2~20m/min or 3~30m/min.

 

3. This low headroom overhead crane(bridge crane) has several safe protection functions, such as up/down limit switch, overload protection, low-voltage protection and long travelling limit switch, and the cross and long travelling motors have soft start function, the crane is very easy to use.

  

4. This overhead crane is medium duty class overhead crane, the capacity from 1ton to 20tons. The span from 7.5m to 31.5m, the working grade is A5, it is suitable for frequently working. Working temperature within -25 to +42 centigrade.

5. This overhead crane(bridge crane) is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipmenmt in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.

 

6. The control model are pend handle control or wireless remote control or two control model together.
