PE Slip MB for Rubber Release Film ZY-0203

 

Description &Technology

Our anti block MB ZY-0203 taking LDPE as carrier resin, compounded with many high efficient anti block agents work together produced in special technology by imported advanced internal mixer. It produces an extreme thin layer on surface of rubber release film to increase the release between rubber and film so that avoid stretch broken of release film.

 

Product Features

• it produces a special slip layer efficiently reduce stick between rubber and release film. Perfect release effect makes flat film replace embossed release film.

• no separate out, anti stick, non effect on rubber’s properties.

• under recommended dosage non effect on film’s mechanical property

Application

•Storage: with packing perfect in cool and dry place, take care during transport in case damp, broken and dirty.

 

EVA Anti block MB ZY- 0218V

 

Description &Technology

Our anti block MB ZY-0218V taking EVA as carrier resin, compounded with high efficient anti block agent produced in special technology by imported advanced internal mixer. Added our MB to EVA under recommended dosage, one aspect it produces a thin layer on surface of EVA film, one aspect it produce a micro concave-convex structure to reduce EVA products’ stick.

• non effect on plastic film’s thermal seal and melt point

• no separate out and non effect on rubber products’ properties when applied to low melt point EVA feeding bags

Added our MB to PE film under recommended dosage, one aspect it produces a thin layer on surface of PE film, another aspect it produces a micro concave-convex structure to reduce PE product’s stick and absorption, meanwhile increase opening.
