3.Automatic and manual mode are available. A: in manual function: You normally will start the machine by pushing on the low speed button , after finish low speed, you will push on high speed button. To stop the machine you will lift up the cover or push the stop button.
B: in automatic function: you will first set up the two timers. Then you will push on the slow/fast button to start. The machine will start automatically in first speed and will turn according the setted time on the first timer. Once finished the first turning it will continue to turn in the second speed during the second timer.
The mixer will stop automatically at last.
4. Reverse function, press the reverse button to cut the dough, easy to take out of the bowl, the bowl can be also easily clean at this point.
