1). Q:  What is your sample's policy and delivery time?

     A: 1pc stock sample is free of charge with freight collect.

          1pc customized sample is charged also with freight collect.

          And customized sample take 3-5 or 5-7 or 7-15days depend on detailed requirements.

2). Q:  What is your MOQ?

     A:  Normally MOQ is 200pcs.

           The price is good based on MOQ.

           For some items,  we can do it for 1000pcs~5000pcs.

 3). Q: Can your cross ballpoint pen be customized?

       A:  Sure, pen can be made as per your detailed requirements

            Such as add logo, open an new mould, and so on

5)Q:Which payment can be acceptable? and how to do it?

A: We could accept the payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union . For the sample fee, customer should pay the full. For the buck order, you should pay 30% deposit at least, the balance  balance against B/L copy  . When the customer make the payment, may there is a little bank charge, please aware this and please send us the bank slips after you done the payment ,thank you~  

6). Q:How to know the item price?  

A: If the items showing on our website, please just tell us the item no. Or send back the photo tell with your quantity, we will give you the best price.If you need to make your own designs please tell us the following information :1) The  size ,color,logo,etc.(it’s better to offer us the drawings, samples or detailed product photos).  2) Order quantity  3) your contact details.
